Students will receive all-access conference passes which include special social events with the speakers as well as VIP Swag Bags featuring limited edition exclusive conference merchandise.. Students will stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort Hotel in rooms with two queen-sized beds. Students will have their own beds and stay two to a room and chaperones will be in rooms beside the students. There will also be a 6 to 1 student to chaperone ratio for convenience and safety. All lunches throughout the weekend and dinner on Thursday will be provided. To offer students flexibility and convenience, we will allow them to purchase their own breakfast options at El Mercado de Coronado Food Court and dinners at their choice of restaurants in the theme parks. Roundtrip airfare from Charlotte (CLT) to Orlando (MCO) and all ground transportation is included as well.  Theme park tickets for Friday and Saturday after 1:00pm are also included.
