Welcome - Maya Guacamole - Delicious blend of hand crushed avocados topped heirloom tomatoes, radish, queso freso, pumpkin seed and Chile serranos served with crispy tortilla chips.

Salad - Roasted golden and red beets. Orange supremes. Candied Pepitas, goat cheese whip, frisée, citrus oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Hand made crispy tortilla chips paired with house-made chipotle salsa.

The Main Feast - Choice of 1 of the following:

Media Pollo Asado - Half chicken grilled with guava and guajillo glaze, cucumber/jicama slaw, pickled white onions, serranos, cilantro, and hominy corn grits.

Pescado de Cenote - Fresh market fish, creamy corn purée, Pipián rojo, roasted squash, and pickled red onion.

Dessert - Cuatro Leches Cake served with Chantilly cream and fresh berries
