Patricia Martin Morales

Patricia Martin Morales founded her workshop in 1985 with the support of her husband, Martin. Together, they devoted themselves to creating faithful ceramics replicas inspired by Maya artistry and other cultural traditions. With a natural talent refined through years of practice, Patricia specializes in polychrome work and is responsible for the detailed painted lines and finishing touches that bring each piece to life. Her mission is deeply rooted in honoring and preserving the cultural legacy of her Maya ancestors. From preparing the clay to working with mineral pigments, her methods closely follow those used in the original works. Today, Patricia continues this tradition alongside her two children, and together they make up a remarkable team committed to keeping this heritage alive.
